It is the first manufacturing stage of the production of metal parts used in various leather and textile products. These molds can be in the form of defense casting investment casting and pressure casting. The main sample is placed on the defense casting molds rubber material and then the rubber dough is baked and hardened. Later, the mold runners are opened on the rubber by hand, this mold melts in the centrifuge machine and the metal is poured, the machine makes a balanced swing, the metal poured from the top is dispersed into the mold cavities and the product comes out. Two precision castings are generally used in this method, the sample product is first turned into wax from silicone. It is covered with a heat-resistant porcelain-derived material. Afterwards, it is fired and the wax inside is melted and thrown out, metal is poured into it, washed with pressurized water, the porcelain material on it is removed, and the product is used by breaking through the runners.
